Welcome to Accurova, a professional photography service provider based in Singapore. By accessing or using our services, including visiting our Pixieset website, galleries, or downloading any documents, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Introduction: Accurova ("we," "our," "us") provides professional photography services to clients ("you," "your"). By accessing or using our services, including our website and online galleries hosted on Pixieset, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Agreement: When you book a session with Accurova, you enter into a binding agreement for us to provide photography services as described at the time of booking. Details of the service, including session time, location, and fees, will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the delivery of any photographs. We accept payments via PayNow, credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, and cash. In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photo session.

4. Copyright and Usage: All images created by Accurova remain the intellectual property of Accurova. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not sell, modify, or distribute the images without our express written consent.

5. Image Delivery: Final images will be delivered via our online gallery on Pixieset within the agreed timeline. The images will be available for download for a specified period, after which they may be removed from the gallery. We are not responsible for retaining your images after the download period expires unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Image Editing: We provide professional editing as part of our service. This includes color correction, exposure adjustment, and basic retouching. Any additional editing requests may incur extra charges. We do not provide raw or unedited images.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability: While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Accurova is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to errors in the images or failure to meet the agreed timeline due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We may use your images for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
